- Full or partial payment (as specified) is required to confirm your booking.
- Pricing may vary based on destination, season, and group size.
2. Cancellations & Refunds:
- Cancellations made 7 days before the activity are eligible for a 75% refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable, unless under force majeure.
- Eco Trails reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to weather, safety, or operational concerns.
3. Health & Safety:
- Participants must declare any relevant medical conditions prior to the activity.
- Activities such as treks, hikes, or cycling require basic fitness.
- Eco Trails and its local partners will follow safety protocols but are not liable for injuries due to personal negligence.
4. Code of Conduct:
- Respect local culture, environment, and community practices.
- Littering, wildlife disturbance, or property damage is prohibited.
- Eco Trails may withdraw services without refund for inappropriate behavior.
5. Liability Disclaimer:
- Eco Trails is not responsible for loss or damage of belongings, delays, or third-party service issues.
- Customers participate at their own risk and should carry personal insurance.
6. Photography & Content:
- Eco Trails may use photos or videos from trips for promotional purposes.
- To opt out, inform us in writing before your trip.
7. Privacy Policy:
- Customer data is used for bookings and service improvement only.
- We do not share your information without consent.
